Jose Bergouignan Jr.

President / F.A.A. Accountable MGR.

An aviation professional with over 44 years’ experience in the MRO Industry, “Berg” holds an Associate Degree in Aviation Management from Miami Dade College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technology with Computers from Barry University. After serving in the US Marines for four years as an Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic & Crew Chief on CH46 Helicopters, Jose worked in Dallas Airmotive / Airwork Inc. for 7 years as an A&P Mechanic on PT6A-20 through PT6A-67 engine models, followed by 5 more years at Woodgroup Turbopower working on the complete PT6A and PT6T engine series. Jose has been President and co-owner of Engine Overhaul Service since 2000.

George Betancourt

Vice President / Chief Inspector

In addition to over 39 years’ experience at various levels of the PT6 MRO industry, George is a George T. Baker graduate with FAA Airframe & Powerplant ratings, as well as an Associate Degree in Aviation Management from Miami Dade College. George was employed at Dallas Airmotive / Airwork Inc. for 14 years as an A&P Mechanic, working on PT6A-20 through PT6A-42 engine models. He subsequently was employed for 4 years at Woodgroup Turbopower working on the complete PT6A and PT6T engine series.  George has been Vice President, Chief Inspector and co-owner of Engine Overhaul Service since 2000. He was instrumental in the development, certification and implementation of the company’s testing capability and is currently responsible for all testing operations.

Gabriel “Gabby” Gottardi

Shop Supervisor / Inspector
The supervision and management of shop staff in conjunction with work orders to provide a smooth, efficient, workflow. Detailed visual and dimensional inspections of engine parts for overhaul and/or repair.

Eric Richardson

Receiving Inspector
Graduated with bachelors from Florida International University in 2018. Has been in aviation for three years. Oversees day-to-day operations of the business.

Carlos Villavicencio

Director of Marketing
Former owner and President of Aero Pacific Aviation from 305-888-4596. Since then he has been in aviation sales and marketing, specializing in the worldwide sales and promotion of PT6A and PT6T Engine Overhaul and repair.

Pablo M. Rodriguez

Business Development & Customer Service
With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in logistics and AOG Business, Pablo is well versed in the aviation business and especially in the area of parts. Pablo was hired by EOS in 2019 to enhance the companies Sales and Marketing Strategies both domestic and international.

Accounting Department
For the past 5 years Carina has been managing all accounting functionalities for the company. Managing all aspects of the company’s A/R, A/P, Payroll, Vendor Management, strategic vendor negotiations and maintenance of all vendor contracts.
